Laura Lynn

Laura (Hughes) Lynn, 67 of Rector passed from this life on August 24, 2016 at her residence. She was born July 22, 1949 to Reginald and Louise (Ray)Hughes in Blytheville, Arkansas. Her entire world was her daughter, Jodie until the grandkids came along: Hadleigh and Case. They took over then and was dearly loved by their Nanna. She was a caretaker who greatly enjoyed her neighborhood where they all looked out for each other.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twin brother: Larry Hughes; two brothers, Richard and Mike Hughes; her sisters, Regina Warrington and Cissie Damon and two nephews.

She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Jodie and Mark Watson;

Two grandchildren, Hadleigh and Case Watson;

Her sisters, Barbara and Dale Jenkins of Bradford, TN, BonitaDolan of Pocahontas, Jaunita and Jim Hannon of Blytheville;

Sister-in laws: Sherry Hughes and Sue Hughes;

Brother-in-law, Bob Damon;

Ten nieces and nine nephews with a host of other relatives and friends.

There will be a celebration of her life at a later date near the levy at Huffman, Arkansas.The family has requested memorials be made to the Rector Public Library since Laura loved reading.
