Mr. Douglas Dewayne "Wayne" Freeman, 69, of Osceola died Wednesday, May 4, 2016 in Memphis, Tennessee. Born June 3, 1946 in Arkansas to the late Carl and Pauline Howard Freeman, he was a mechanic and of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his son Richard Lee Freeman, his sister Marie Freeman and two brothers, Carl Junior Freeman and Edward Glenn Freeman.

Mr. Freeman leaves his wife Linda Freeman of Osceola;

One daughter, Sherry (Larry) Edwards of Bono, Ark.;

Two sons, Douglas (Arie) Dewayne Freeman, II of Osceola and Wayne Edward Junior Freeman of Osceola;

Five sisters, Glenda Carline Burnette of Caraway, Onie Gail Robinson of Star City, Ark., Kathy Jackson of Leachville, Patricia Bard of Caraway and Bonnie Sue Davis of Leachville;

Three brothers, Van Freeman of Leachville, Darrell Freeman of Caraway and Billy Freeman of Alabama; and

Eleven grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Monday, May 9, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Bro. Gary Andrews officiating. Burial will follow at Garden Point Cemetery in Osceola. The family will receive visitors from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Sunday, May 8, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
