Jesse Groves

Mr. Jesse Thomas "Tommy" Groves, 76, of Osceola and a lifetime resident of Mississippi County, died Sunday, March 27, 2016 in Blytheville. Born June 15, 1939 at O'Donnell Bend, Ark. to the late Pete Groves and the late Virginia Orie McClain, he was a member of the Lions Club and a member of the First Assembly of God in Osceola.

Mr. Groves leaves his wife, Mary Bowers Groves of Osceola;

One daughter, Amanda Wright of Osceola;

One sister, Shirley Harshman of Osceola; and

Two granddaughters, Emma and Sara Wright, both of Osceola.

Funeral services will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Rev. Jim Roller officiating. Burial will follow at Ermen Lane in Osceola. The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
