Aaron DeWayne Uthoff, 75, of Tecumseh, Mo., passed away Wednesday, Dec. 30, 2015, at Baxter Regional Medical Center surrounded by family in Mt. Home Arkansas.

DeWayne was born Oct. 9, 1940 in Malden, Mo., to W.A. and Aline Uthoff. He graduated from Malden High School in 1959 and married the love of his life Sharon Vanderbilt on Sept. 3, 1960.

DeWayne and his family moved to Monette, Ark., in 1972. He owned and operated NAPA Auto Parts until his retirement in 1986. He was member of the Masonic Lodge, a Shriner and a volunteer fire fighter for Monette. After retirement DeWayne and Sharon moved to Greers Ferry Lake, then on to Tecumseh, Mo. DeWayne enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren, collecting guns, auctions, flea marketing and telling jokes.

DeWayne is survived by his wife of 55 years, Sharon Uthoff, two sons Aaron Uthoff (Andrea) of Monette and Tony Uthoff (Renee) of Evening Shade. Three granddaughters and two great-grandchildren.

DeWayne was proceeded in death by his parents and a brother, Michael Lynn Uthoff.

A visitation memorial will be held on Saturday, Jan. 9, 2016, at the Monette Church of Christ from 2 until 4.
