Billy Reed

Billy Earl Reed, 74, of Blytheville, passed away Sunday, December 6, 2015 at his home.

Born to Leonard and Willie (Tinny) Reed, Billy was retired from Motion Industries and was a former employee of the City of Blytheville. He loved the outdoors. He was an avid hunter and fisherman, and Billy loved his yard and doing yardwork.

He was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Leo Reed and Kimes Reed; sisters, Bobbie Farrell and Lucille Jones; and a granddaughter, Sissy David.

Billy is survived by his wife, Mildred Coleman Reed;

Children, Lisa David Doucette of Blytheville and Loretta Findley of Southaven, Miss.;

Brother, Teddy Reed of Chariton, Iowa;

Sisters, Ann Swink of Manila, Donna Harter of Fort Worth, Texas, and Patsy Melvin of Blytheville;

Four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 9, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
