Tomas Allen "Buddy" Barron, 57, of Nashville, Tennessee, formerly of Rives, Missouri, passed away Sunday, November 22, 2015, at his residence.
Funeral services were held Saturday, November 28, 2015, at Powell Funeral Home in Steele, Missouri, with Rev. Daryl Runyan officiating assisted by Rev. Rick Holden. Interment was in Mt. Zion Cemetery in Steele, Missouri.
He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Geneva Barron, and three sisters, Maggie Barron, Barbara Barron and Dorothy Long.
Those left to cherish his memory are his wife of 15 years, Linda Barron, of Nashville, Tennessee; three sons, Tyler (Whitney) Barron of DeRidder, Louisiana, Jason (Amanda) Gibson, of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, and Jamie Gibson, of DeRidder, Louisiana; two daughters, Jennifer (Kenneth) Krog, of Nashville, Tennessee, and Amanda (Josh) Driskill, of Marion, Arkansas; 11 grandchildren; one brother, Dennis "Dink" (Beth) Barron, of Alton, Missouri; one sister Patsy (John) Jeffries, of Paragould, Arkansas, and a host of nieces and nephews.
Tom was a devoted husband, a loving father and he adored his grandchildren. He worked hard all his life to provide for his family. He was a die hard St. Louis Cardinals fan and just about everyone who knew him loved him. He will be greatly missed.
