George Swedholm

George Anthony Swedholm, 60, of Mineral Point, Missouri, died Sunday November 8, 2015 at the Washington County Memorial Hospital in Potosi, Missouri.

Born in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Wanda Lee Perrigan Swedholm and was a 1973 graduate of Maplewood High School. He later attended Meramec Community College in St. Louis and served in the U. S. Army. George was a retired construction worker and enjoyed being outdoors. In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a sister, Julia Swedholm.

He is survived by:

One daughter, Nichole Jenkins of Jacksonville, Arkansas;

His father, Robert Swedholm of Mineral Point, Missouri;

One brother, David Swedholm of Arnold, Missouri;

One sister, Laura Bargetzi of Fenton, Missouri.

He also leaves 7 grandchildren.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, November 11, 2015 at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville. Burial will follow in Macey Cemetery near Monette. The family will receive visitors Tuesday evening from 6-8 at the funeral home. Guest register @www.HowardFuneralService.com
