Brent James Gyngard
Brent James Gyngard, 24, of Caraway, passed away Monday, October 26, 2015.
Brent was born on March 17, 1991, in Jonesboro. Brent graduated Riverside High School in 2009 and was an apprentice plumber. He was an avid hunter and fisherman who enjoyed the outdoors and loved spending time with his family especially his daughter, Addi. He was a loyal friend who loved deeply, he will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Brent is survived by his mother and step-father, Tammy and Kevin Frye of Lake City; his father, Kerry Gyngard of Caraway; fiance', Lindsey Bennett and their daughter, Addilyn of the home; grandparents, Robert and Geraldine Lawrence of Jonesboro, Jerry Gyngard of Caraway and Linda and Alvin Reams of Milligan Ridge; uncles and aunts, Timmy and Melanie Gyngard of Caraway, Jeremy and Priscilla Talley of Jonesboro; four cousins, Hannah Gyngard, Brayden Gyngard, Alexis Talley and Chance Talley.
He is preceded in death by his brother, Kolby Gyngard; great-grandparents, Daisy Laverne Wallace, Herman "Pirk" Wallace and Opal Odom.
A celebration of his life will be at 2 p.m. Thursday, October 29, at the Refuge General Baptist Church with Revs. James Strait and Shane West officiating. Burial will follow at Caraway Cemetery under the direction of Gregg Funeral Home of Monette.
Visitation will be from 5-9 p.m. Wednesday, October 28, at the Refuge General Baptist Church in Lake City.
Honored to serve as pallbearers are Robert Lawrence, Jeremy Talley, Adam "Carp" Carpenter, Randy Ford, Morgan Fletcher and Gunner Tyler and as honorary pallbearers, Brian Crews, Gary Brooks, Brian Barnes, Timmy Gyngard and Zach Reynolds.
