Carl Bishop

Mr. Carl Huston Bishop, 72, of Benton, departed this life on Sunday, October 11, 2015 in Benton, Ark. after a lengthy illness. He was a retired U.S. Air Force Veteran and had also served in the U.S. Navy. After retiring from the USAF, he was employed with Wehco Media, Inc. and was a member of the American Legion and a member of Masonic Lodge No. 134 in Blytheville.

Mr. Bishop leaves his loving wife Brenda Bishop;

One son, Ed Bishop and his wife Rhonda;

One daughter, Karla Bishop;

Four granddaughters, Brettni, Taylor, Colleen, and Mikayla;

One grandson, Kevin;

One great-granddaughter, Rylee;

Three great-grandsons, Landon, Dayton, and Kaidon;

Two sisters, Helen Woodruff and her husband Waymon of Memphis and Betty Boswell of Batesville.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, October 16, 2015 in the chapel of Roller-Ballard Funeral Home in Benton, Ark. (501-315-4047). Internment will follow with USAF honors at the Arkansas State Veteran's Cemetery in North Little Rock.. The family will receive visitors from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. on Thursday, October 15, 2015 at the funeral home.
