Geneva Estelle Jackson passed away on Friday, July 17th at her home in Manila at the age of 63. Born in Manila on April 12th, 1952, she was the daughter of the late James Woodrow Macon and Rosie Lee Lutz and had lived several years in the Leola and Sheridan areas before returning to Manila. She was a certified nurse aide and was a member of the Bethabara Baptist Church near Lake City.

She is preceded in death by her parents, James Woodrow Macon, and Rosie Lee Lutz;

Her two brothers, James Wendell Macon and David Arthur Macon.

She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Willard Lee Jackson of Manila;

One son and daughter-in-law, Woody and Renee Jackson of Poyen;

One daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Steven McGehee of Dickinson, Texas;

Her six sisters, Virginia Hart of Luxora, Shirley Hice of Manila, Faye Shepperson of Manila, Velma Holt of Leachville, Lavonda Macon of Manila, and Juanita Reed of Manila.

She also leaves behind six grandchildren; Ashleigh, Brittany, Dustin, Will, Cody, and Kevin.

The funeral service are being conducted by the Howard Funeral Service Chapel, and the visitation will be held on Monday, July 20th at 2 pm at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Rev. Jarrid McGrew officiating. The family will receive visitors Monday from 12 pm until service time at the funeral home. Graveside services will be at 11 am, Tuesday July 21st at Brush Creek Cemetery in Leola.
