Jerry Lee Ball

Jerry Lee Ball, 69, of Paragould, died Friday, July 10, 2015, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro. Born in Brandsville, Mo., he was the son of the late John and Cora Ellison Ball and was raised in the Hornersville, Mo., area. He had been a Paragould resident since 1973 and was retired from Monroe Automotive. Jerry was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed deer hunting and collecting guns.

He leaves his wife of 41 years, Karen, of the home; two daughters, Andrea Holman of Jonesboro and Kandice Ball of Paragould; one brother, Joe Ball of Arbyrd, Mo.; three sisters, Pauline Rickman of Jonesboro, Maxine Melvin of Arbyrd, Mo., and Betty Preston of Arbyrd; and four grandchildren.

Graveside funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday July 15, at the Cardwell Cemetery. The family will receive friends Tuesday evening from 6-8 at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville.
