Charles David Davis, Sr.
Caraway -- Charles David Davis Sr. passed away July 10, 2015 in NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. He was born April 12, 1948, in Deventer, Mo., to the late Charles Irven Davis and Annie Laverne Griggs Davis. He was a member of the Caraway United Methodist Church, an avid fisherman and industrial engineer. He will be remembered as a loving husband, son, father and grandfather.
Survivors include his loving wife, Mary of the home; his mother, Annie L. Davis; daughter, Cindy Davis Schneider, all of Caraway; son, "Chuck" Charles David Davis Jr. and wife Melissa of Leachville; four grandchildren, Chareigan Davis of Leachville, Jonathan Schneider of Caraway, Avery Davis of Leachville and Dana Freeman of Leachville.
Funeral services were 3 p.m. Saturday, July 11, in the chapel of Gregg Funeral Home in Monette with Bro. Jerry Martin officiating. Interment followed in Caraway Cemetery.
The family received friends at the funeral home Saturday from 1 p.m. until service time.
