David Eugene Sellers

David Eugene Sellers, 66, of Caraway, passed away Monday, July 6, 2015, at St. Bernards Medical Center. Born April 20, 1949, in Pontiac, Mich., he was the son of the late Donald Malcolm and Donna Bailey Sellers and was an active member of the Caraway United Methodist Church. Mr. Sellers served his county in the United States Army during the Korean War, enjoyed fishing and was an avid sports fan.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Deborah Sellers of Caraway; two sons, Adrian Sellers of Jonesboro and Jesse Sellers and wife Ashley of Georgia; one brother, D.L. Sellers of Michigan; two sisters, Diane Eldred and Donita Foot, both of Michigan; one stepson, Robert "Bobby" Bauer of Caraway; two stepdaughters, Kelly Mastin of Caraway and Traccy Whittenburg of Black Oak. Mr. Sellers also leaves 13 grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a host of other family and friends.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 11, at the Caraway United Methodist Church with Bro. Jerry Reed officiating. The family has requested a private disposition under the direction of Faith Funeral Service of Manila.
