Jerlean Hogland

Jerlean Hogland, age 89, of Arbyrd, the widow of Mr. Robert Lee Hogland, passed from this life Tuesday June 16, 2015 at the Senath Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Senath, MO. Born in Steele, MO she was the daughter of the late John and Lina Fiddler Bradfield and has been an Arbyrd resident since 1973. She was a homemaker and a member of LuLu Baptist Church near Senath.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by a daughter, Peggy Hillhouse.

She is survived by seven daughters, Marie Barton of Salem, Mo.,Georgia Johnston of Walcott, Ark., Frances Ball of Leachville, Margaret Gullett of Jonesboro, Patsy McGrew of Monette, Shelia Jones of Cardwell, Glenda Harty of Narrowsburg, New York;

One brother, Floyd Hogland of Florida;

One sister, Ellen Pernell of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; and

19 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with the Reverend J.E. Crews officiating. Burial will follow in the Macy Cemetery under the direction of Howard Funeral Service. The family will receive visitors Friday morning from 10 a.m. until service time at the funeral home. Serving as pallbearers will be grandsons, Harold Ball, Greg Venable, Jeremy Hoglad, James Harris, Michael Waltrip and Phillip Harris.
