Diann Hampton Starr, 66, of Joiner, died Friday, May 6, 2015, at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock.

Born May 11, 1948, in Proctor, Arkansas, to Jimmy Hampton and the late Gertie Hampton, she was a homemaker and a member of St. Paul MB Church.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Jimmy Young and Willie Hampton; and a granddaughter, Hailey Watkins.

Survivors include four daughters, Loriann Pendleton of Osceola, Tracy Starr of Parker-Sherwood, Arkansas, Crystall Starr of North Little Rock and Melissa Starr of Marietta, Georgia;

Two sons, Tommy Lee Watkins Jr. of Blytheville and Eugene Starr Jr. of Madison, Wisconsin;

Her father, Jimmy Hampton of Chicago;

Three sisters, Jery Robinson of Madison, Wisconsin, Brenda Rowery of Peoria, Illinois, and Christene Hunt of Chicago;

Seven brothers, R.B. Robinson of Madison, Wisconsin, Larry Robinson of Joiner, Roosevelt Hampton of Chicago, Ricky Hunt of Chicago, Otis Robinson of Madison, Wisconsin, Vaness Robinson Jr. of Peoria, Illinois, and Jerry Hunt of Chicago; and

Sixteen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Bethlehem MB Church in Osceola, with Pastor Allen Young officiating. Burial will be at Shady Grove Cemetery in Evadale, Arkansas.
