Blytheville School District needs to be revamped

To the editor:

According to the latest grades for the 2013-14 school year by The Arkansas Department of Education for every school in Arkansas, all Blytheville schools scored the very lowest (D's and an F).

The Blytheville School District needs to be revamped, starting with the superintendent and on down.

How can any parent be proud to say that their child goes to a D- and F-rated school in Blytheville?

How can any child say "I graduated from a D- and F-rated school," then go on to college?

Parents need to band together and address this huge issue with the school district because it is obvious the current system, principles and guidelines, are not working.
