Mary Virginia Terry, 88, of Blytheville, died Thursday, Jan. 22, 2015, in Pine Bluff after a long struggle with Alzheimer's disease.

She was born April 27, 1926, in Shawano, Wisconsin, and had been a resident of Blytheville since the age of 2. Mrs. Terry graduated from Blytheville High School and the University of Arkansas, where she was a member of Chi Omega fraternity.

She was a real estate agent for the E.M. Terry Company, and earned the professional designations of CRS and GRI.

Mrs. Terry was a life-long member of First Lutheran Church.

Preceding her in death were her husband, E.M. "Buddy" Terry in 1989, whom she married in 1947; a daughter, Laura Ann Terry of Little Rock in 2008; and her parents, Fred Reichel and Laura Roepke Reichel.

Survivors include her daughter, Jean Terry Maxwell and husband Mark of Pine Bluff;

Her granddaughters, Emma Maxwell Stone and husband Blake of Little Rock and Morgan Maxwell Bennett and husband Brent of Texarkana; and

A great-granddaughter, Maxwell Grace Bennett.

The family will hold a private service at a later date.
