Lola Joyce Robins

Lola Joyce Robins, 71, of Lake City, widow of Jerry Mac Robins, passed from this life Friday, Dec. 5, 2014, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born and raised in Leachville, she was the daughter of the late L. A. "Bud" and Lola Dee Henderson Chadwick. A Lake City resident since 1974, she was a homemaker and was of the Pentecostal Faith. She loved cooking, quilting, painting and crafts of all kinds.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Felton; a son, Jerry Robins; three sisters, Wilma, Phyllis and Patricia; a brother, Larry; and two grandsons, Kylin Robins and Johnny Lee Byrd.

Survivors include two sons, Matthew Robins and his wife, Sherie of Lake City and Michael Robins of Lake City;

One daughter, Diane Andrews of Brookland;

A son-in-law, Dale Felton of Lake City;

Three brothers, Harold Chadwick and his wife, Selma of Jonesboro, Jeff Chadwick of Bono and Phillip Chadwick and his wife, Sharon of Little Rock;

One sister, Linda Canamore and her husband, Melvin of Jonesboro; and

Thirteen grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Leachville with the Rev. John Lorch officiating. Burial will follow in Leachville Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be Tyler Andrews, Jason Felton, Sean Robins, Jake Robins, David Chadwick and Travis Felton. Honorary pallbearers will include Chase Andrews, Joseph Andrews, Nicholas Andrews, Jared Robins, Aiden Andrews and Gavin Robins.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
