Minnie Easter Jones

Minnie Easter Jones, 73, of Blytheville, died Monday, Dec. 1, 2014, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born April 13, 1941, in Dell, she was a retired certified nursing assistant and a member of Greater Jeremiah Spiritual Church of Christ, as well as a choir member.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Dave Franklin and Mary Ann Prear Franklin; her husband, Martin B. Jones; four sisters; and five brothers.

Mrs. Jones leaves two sisters, Emma Jefferson and Anita Weatherspoon, both of Blytheville; and

One brother, Charlie Franklin of Blytheville.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. Friday at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.

Funeral services, officiated by Bishop Roscoe Roberson, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Greater Jeremiah Spiritual Church of Christ. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge.
