Mary E. McDaniel

Mary E. McDaniel, 96, of Osceola, died Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2014, at South Mississippi County Medical Center Osceola.

Born Sept. 5, 1918, in Plummersville to the late Horace Crawford and Claud Lou Cable, she was a retired Mississippi Couonty FHA worker of 30 years and a member of Calvary Baptist Church Osceola. She was a resident of Mississippi County since 1935 and a graduate of Dyess High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, four brothers and a son.

She leaves behind her niece Kathy (John) Morgan and their daughters, Madeline and Oliva.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m., Friday at Wilson Funeral Home Osceola with Brother Michael Nelson officiating. The family will receive visitors from 1 p.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow service at Potter Cemetery Lepanto.
