Kelly Amber Puckett

Mrs. Kelly Amber Puckett, 25, of Keiser, died Saturday, Nov. 8, 2014.

Born May 11, 1989, to Cheryl Martin Rogers of Keiser and the late Jimmy Wayne Puckett, she was a homemaker and a member of Keiser First Baptist Church.

In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by two grandfathers, Morris Martin and Jim Puckett; one uncle, Dale Martin; and one cousin, Jason Combs.

She leaves her grandparents, Billie Martin of Keiser and Dorothy Puckett of Caraway;

One daughter, Jessie Burks of Keiser;

A sister, Taylor Rogers of Wilson;

Two aunts, Debbie (Tony) Stubblefield of Keiser and Donna (Elifford) Martin of West Plains, Missouri;

Two uncles, Bob Martin of Couch, Missouri, and Time (Melinda) Martin of Keiser;

A chosen brother, Jeff Hamilton of Wilson;

Her significant other, Stacy Burks of Keiser; and

A host of cousins and other relatives and friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Keiser First Baptist Church, with Bro. Todd Vinson officiating.

Burial will be at noon Thursday at Cotten Creek Cemetery in Myrtle, Missouri.

The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
