Bobbie Nell Cole

Bobbie Nell Cole, 77, of Blytheville, passed from this life on Sunday, Sept. 21, 2014, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro.

She was born to Thomas and Mattie (Martin) of Burdette and was a lifelong resident of Blytheville. Bobbie was a homemaker, and her greatest joy was spending time with her children. She was always ready to go anytime or anywhere with them. Bobbie enjoyed watching TV and listening to music. She was a Baptist.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn Cole, and her son, Laymon Chasteen.

Mrs. Cole leaves three daughters, Patricia Nichols and Tommy of Hope, Arkansas, Betty Fish of Bryant, Arkansas, and Dorothy Ward and Zeke of Blytheville;

Two sisters, Maezell Bird and Glenn of Votaw, Texas, and Eleanora Hernandez of Sacramento, California;

Four grandchildren, Tonya Murphy and Charlie, Tina Myers and Gary, Michelle Castleberry and Tommy, and Jason Green and Jennifer;

Nine great-grandchildren, Michael Bluemel, Austin Williamson, Ryan Williamson, Taylor Murphy, Jenna Green, Cody Myers, Parker Green, Maddie Green and Ashley Castleberry; and

A special friend, Roy Thomas of Osceola.

The family will receive friend from 7-8:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, at Cobb Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 24, at Cobb Funeral Home Chapel.
