Mrs. Maeunice Henderson Johnson, 66, of Blytheville died Thursday, June 19, 2014 at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis.

She was born in Batesville, Miss. and the family moved here when she was very young. She attended Harrison High School.

She rededicated her life to Christ under Dr. Arthur Hunt at Hunt Memorial Cathedral of Faith.

She was preceded in death by her father, Frank Henderson, sisters Frankie Foreman, Joyce Harvey and brothers Ernest Henderson and Charles Henderson and her daughter, Cynthia.

She is survived by her mother, Mrs. Inez Henderson of Blytheville;

Two sisters, Dr. Blanche (Dr. Arthur) Hunt of Marion and Mrs. Martha Jean (Calvin) Ezell of Memphis;

Brothers, Michael (Debra) Carthee and Frank Henderson of Blytheville, Robert Lamar (Lisa) Henderson of Falls Church, Va., and Roy (Grenda) Henderson of Portsmouth, Va., as well as nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 24 at New St. Paul Baptist Church. Rev. Clark Phillips and Dr. Arthur Hunt will officiate. Burial will be at Gethsemane Gardens.
