Mr. Howard Wayne Champion, 73, of Osceola died Monday, April 21, 2014, in Searcy. Born Jan. 7, 1941, in Huntsville, Ala., to the late Howard Houston and Dula Ann Champion, he was a member of Full Gospel Church in Keiser and a retired butcher.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Patricia Champion.

He is survived by his two sons, Patrick (and Lindsey) Champion of Keiser and Draper (and Meredith) Champion of Marion;

Two daughters, Phyllis (and Larry) Cox of Blytheville and Gina ( and Eddie, Jr.) Malone of Manila;

Nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one brother, Harold Champion of Fort Meade, Fla.

Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Roller-Swift Funeral Home in Osceola. The funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 24, 2014, at Roller-Swift Funeral Home Chapel.
