James McLaurin

Mr. James McLaurin, 47, Osceola, died Monday, March 31, 2014, at his home.

Born to the late Lemmie McLaurin and Willie Mae Nash, he was a car detailer and of the Baptist faith.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Anthony Elroy McLaurin and Jimmy Lee McLaurin.

He leaves behind his step-father, Leroy Nash of Luxora; and

Four sisters, Janie Baker and Sylvia Willis both of Osceola, Mary Driver of Memphis and Sharon Yankaway of Blytheville.

The family will receive visitors from 1-3 p.m. Saturday, April 5, 2014, at Generation of Followers of Christ in Butler. Funeral services will follow at the church with the Rev. Jessie Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge Cemetery in Burdette. Wilson Funeral Home of Osceola is in charge of arrangements.
