Barbara Ann George

Mrs. Barbara Ann George, 59, of Blytheville, died Saturday, March 8, 2014. Born June 26, 1954, to the late Burless Tubbs and Vera Allene Tubbs, she was a homemaker.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by two sisters, Evelyn Richie and Carolyn Glidewell; and one brother, James Tubbs.

Mrs. George leaves her companion, Greg Taft of Blytheville;

One daughter, Robin (and Kevin) Self of Gosnell;

Two sons, Gary (and Renita) Sprouse and Terry Sprouse of Blytheville;

One sister, Brenda Piper of Valdosta, Ga.;

Five brothers, Joe Tubbs of Vancouver, Wash., Jerry Tubbs of Jackson, Tenn., Connie Tubbs of Finger, Tenn., Larry Tubbs of Blytheville and Roer Tibbs of Jackson, Tenn.; and

Seven grandchildren.

A memorial service was held Monday at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville.
