Diane Jones

Diane Jones, 71, of Blytheville, died Tuesday, Oct. 22, 2013, at Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Born July 28, 1942, in Osceola, she was a retired factory worker and a member of New Galilee Missionary Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George B. Jones and Fannie Mae Shelton Jones; sisters Janice Neither, Christine Jones, and Mable Wiley; and brothers David Lee Jones, George Jones Jr., Samuel Jones, and Junior Jones.

Ms. Jones leaves two daughters, Barbara E. McKinney of Blytheville and Katina R. (and Rodney) James of Fort Leonardwood, Mo.;

Three sons, Tommie (and LaShundia) McKinney Jr. of Hattiesburg, Miss., Rickey D. McKinney Sr. of Indianapolis, Ind., and Carlos (and Shalonda) McKinney Sr. of Fort Sill, Okla.;

Two sisters, Rose Sadler of Bloomington, Ind., and Berta Cook of Flint, Mich.;

Three brothers, Tommy Jones and Cleveland Jones of Elkhart, Ind., and Theodis Jones of Flint, Mich.; and

Twenty-five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from 5-7 p.m. (family only) Sunday at Wilson Funeral Home in Blytheville. Funeral services, officiated by the Rev. Danny Pankey, will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Ruddle Road Church of God. Burial will follow at Sandy Ridge Cemetery.
