Bonnie Maxine Hale Pilgrim

Bonnie Maxine Hale Pilgrim, 75, of Lepanto, died Tuesday, Oct. 15, 2013, at Floe and Phill Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro.

She was born in Cushman to the late Ed Barnes and Mearle Clark Barnes. She was a retired waitress and cook and a member of Assembly of God in Lepanto.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her spouses, Henry Hershel Hale and Roland Pilgrim;

One sister, Trudy Cross; and

Three brothers, Charles Barnes, Bill Barnes and Freddie Barnes.

She leaves behind one daughter, Sharon (and Jay) Hale White of Lepanto;

Two sons, Herschel (and Micky) Hale of Tyronza and Michael (and Cathy) Hale of Lepanto;

Three sisters, Betty Vaughn and Agnes Smalling of Monterey, La., and Debbie Tyler of Lepanto;

Five brothers, Roland Barnes of Safford, Ariz., Bob Brarnes of Marked Tree, Teddy Barnes of Springdale and Dean Barnes and Jackie Barnes of Lepanto; and

Six grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from noon-2 p.m. today at Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza. Funeral service will follow visitation with Bro. Gary Finley officiating. Burial will follow at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto.
