Joyce Marie Patterson

Joyce Marie Patterson, 51, of Manila, passed from this life, Sunday July 21, 2013, at the UAMS Medical Center in Little Rock. Born in Indiana, she was the daughter of the late Clarence and Maxine McFall Wilson and was raised in Florida. She had been a Manila resident since 1995 and was of the Baptist faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two sisters, Mary Helen Winstead and Connie Faye Byrd.

She is survived by one son, Shawn Patterson, and his wife, Mendy, of Manila;

Three daughters, Samantha Cathey and her husband, Ronnie, of Leachville, Vanessa Hall and her husband, John, of Manila, and Cindy Patterson of Pangburn;

Two brothers, Alvin Wilson of Georgia and Thomas Wilson of Manila'

Three sisters, Nancy McAlister of Florida, Bonnie Crutchfield of South Carolina and Peggy Weber of Manila; and

Thirteen grandchildren.

Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila with Steve Singleton officiating. Burial will follow in Manila Cemetery. The family will receive visitors from 6-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Guests may register at www.HowardFuneralService.com
