Georgia Alberta Howard

Georgia Alberta Howard, 70, of Caraway, died of heart failure Wednesday, July 3, 2013, in Jonesboro. Born Feb. 22, 1943, in Arkansas, she was a homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Marie Hamilton.

Ms. Howard leaves one daughter, Lisa Denise Howard of Caraway;

One son, Randy Files of Monette;

Seven sisters, Bonnie Morris of Paragould, Lou Rains, Martha Hickabottom, and Carolyn Smith of Harrisburg, Shirley Smith of Oklahoma, Sheila Key of Weiner, and Judy Moore of Oil Trough;

One brother, Ricky Hamilton of Leachville; and

Eleven grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors from noon-2 p.m. today at the Wilson Funeral Home in Tyronza. Funeral services, also at the funeral home and officiated by Bro. Patrick Tucker, will begin directly following the visitation at 2 p.m. Burial will follow at Potters Cemetery in Lepanto.
