Mrs. Juanita Grace Holder, 97, of Cleveland, Miss., passed away Friday, June 21, 2013, at her home.

Mrs. Holder was born Nov. 11, 1915, to Henry Elmer "Bud" Long and Allie Gertrude Hill. She married Thomas Clayton Holder in April 1933. She dedicated her life to being the homemaker of the family. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, playing bridge, cross stitching and quilting. She was a devoted Christian and served the Baptist faith all her life, she was a member of First Belleview Baptist Church of Shelby and also New Liberty Baptist Church in Blytheville. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren and spent many summers with them.

She was preceded in death by her parents, H.E. "Bud" Long and Gertrude Hill Long; her husband, Clayton Holder; a daughter, Trudy Juanita Holder Erwin; grandchildren, Laura Lynn Fuller, Melanie Ann Fuller and Thomas Clark Erwin; brothers, Durwood Long, and Henry Long; and sisters, Frances Long and Mary Long Hicks.

Mrs. Holder is survived by her son, Thomas Holder;

A daughter, Patricia Ann Holder (and Charles) Fuller;

Three grandchildren, Janet Beth Fuller, Charles Clayton (and Jennifer) Erwin, and William Clarke (and Nicole) Erwin; and

Great-grandsons, Clayton Wesley Erwin and Parker Thomas Erwin.

Visitation was from 1-2 p.m. Monday at Ray Funeral Home with the Celebration of Life Services immediately following beginning at 2 p.m. with Bro. Jimmy Breland officiating. Interment was in Shelby Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shelby Cemetery.
