Harold William 'Bill' Henderson II

Mr. Harold William "Bill" Henderson II, 68, of Concord, N.H., and Port Charlotte, Fla., died Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, in Port Charlotte, Fla., Hospice House. He was born Nov. 22, 1944, to the late Rev. Harold William Henderson and Betty Belle Taylor Henderson, formerly of Blytheville.

Mr. Henderson was a 1962 graduate of Blytheville High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in theater arts from Arkansas State College in 1966. His teaching career included middle school English and high school computer science in Puxico, Mo. Other teaching experiences included a college experimental theater internship in Dallas and adult computer programming while working for Digital Equipment Corporation.

Bill was a retired senior software specialist, a member of the Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Concord, N.H., and a member of the Knights of Columbus, Council No. 112.

Mr. Henderson leaves his wife, Beth Anne Boos Henderson of the home;

Two daughters, Anna (and George) Alford of Lake View, S.C., and Karen (and Kenny) Cook-Henderson of Dillon, S.C.;

Six grandchildren, Kenneth James Cook, Kevin Wayne Cook, Caleb Joshua Cook, Phoenix Dawn Alford, Alexander Levi Alford and Candace Katherine Alford;

One great-grandson, Hayden Dwayne Cook;

Two sisters, Kay (and Norm) Cloyes of Morton, Ill., Elizabeth (and Craig) Edwards of Lincoln, Neb.;

One brother, George (and Cheryl) Henderson of Fallon, Nev.; and

Numerous nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 27 in Immmaculate Heart of Mary Church, 180 Loudon Rd., Concord, N.H. Charbonneau Funeral Home, 30 Pleasant St. Ware, Mass., is entrusted with the family's arrangements.
