Sandra Kay Pentecost

Sandra Kay Pentecost, age 51, of Paragould, formerly of Caraway, died Monday, March 4, 2013, at the Arkansas Methodist Hospital in Paragould. Born in Vero Beach, Fla., she was the daughter of the late Elliott and Nellie Jackson Smith and had been a longtime Florida resident before making her home in northeast Arkansas two years ago.

Survivors include her husband, Donnie Lynn Pentecost; a son,Donnie Allen Pentecost;

three daughters, Crystal Smith, Donna Ann Pentecost, and Victoria Kay Pentecost; two brothers,

Alvin Smith and Jim Smith;two sisters, Jean Smith and Mildred Nettles. She also leaves nine grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors Friday afternoon from 3-5 p.m., March 8, at the Howard Funeral Service Chapel in Manila. There are no services planned and final disposition will be private. Guest register @www.HowardFuneralService.com.
