Thomas 'Dale' Culp

Mr. Thomas "Dale" Culp, 69, of Blytheville, passed from this life Saturday, Feb. 16, 2013, at his home.

Dale was born in Caruthersville, Mo., and was a member of Blytheville Pathway Church of God. He was a shift supervisor for Terra Corporation and served his country in the United States Air Force. Dale enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, he also enjoyed camping, gardening and was an avid Arkansas Razorback fan.

Mr. Culp was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Mittag Culp; his parents, Thomas and Syble Culp; and grandchildren, Codie, Garrett and Reiley Culp.

He is survived by a daughter, Melody Lawson, and husband, David, of Blytheville;

Two sons, Jeff Culp and wife, Christy, and Timothy Culp and wife, Lakeisha, both of Blytheville;

Three brothers, Don Culp and wife, Phyllis, and Danny Culp and wife, Terri, all of Memphis, and Dwayne Culp and wife, Shenia, of Blytheville; and

Five grandchildren, Austyn Culp, Airyella Lawson, Amber Culp, Brooklyn Culp and Jonah Culp.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. today in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Danny Rigney officiating. Burial will follow in Elmwood Cemetery. The family received friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday at Cobb Funeral Home. An online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com
