Rosetta Smith Taylor Kelley

Mrs. Rosetta Smith Taylor Kelley, 87, of Jonesboro, formerly of Caraway and Blytheville, passed from this life Monday, Feb. 11, 2013, at St. Bernard's Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro.

Born in Sandy Ridge to Wiley and Irene Smothermon Smith, she was a homemaker and a member of Caraway Methodist Church. Rosetta was a member of Eastern Star, enjoyed gardening and loved her cat, Angel.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Pete Clifford Taylor and Melvin Kelley; a sister, Gloria Smith Adams; a brother, Irving T. Smith; and infant siblings, Clarence Smith, W.T. Smith, Marie Smith and Robert L. Smith.

Rosetta is survived by nieces and nephews, Phyllis Murray and husband, Jacky, of Jonesboro, Dennis Taylor of Blytheville, Mike Adams of Milligan Ridge, Irving Smith, Jr. of Caraway and Buddy Frank Smith of Phoenix, Ariz.; and

Several great nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Waymon Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 p.m. until service time. Online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com
