Mary Lois Anderson Scrape

Mrs. Mary Lois Anderson Scrape, 91 of Blytheville, passed from this life Friday, Feb. 1, 2013, at the Methodist University Hospital in Memphis. Born to Burley and Pearl Conley Anderson in Blytheville, she was a member of the Lake Street Methodist Church and a lifelong resident of Blytheville.

Mary worked at Montgomery Ward for a number of years and also with her husband at Jinx's Photography Studio. She was also a homemaker who especially loved to cook but also was very talented in crocheting and sewing. Mary also loved gardening and canning the fruits of her labor.

Mary was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Junior "Jinx" Freemont Scrape.

Mary is survived by her children, Janet Green of Hauula, Hawaii, Gary and Jan Scrape of Proctor, Ark.;

Her grandchildren, Brandon Shields, Marti Bearden, Dana Shields, Sarah Green, Justin Scrape, Alex Scrape and Jason Scrape;

Her great-grandchildren, Justin Shields, Emily Shields, Lauren Knowlton, Peyton Snyder, Taylor Snyder, Tyler Snyder, Sequoia Albonetti, Dakota Albonetti, John Thomas Snipes Jr., Tristan Snipes, Clay Spencer and Charles Scrape.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. today in the Dogwood Mausoleum Chapel with the Rev. Marilyn Webb officiating with entombment following the service.
