Randy Nimmo

Mr. Randy Nimmo, 57, of Blytheville, passed from this life Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at his home.

Born in Leachville to J.W. and Bonnie Jean McFall Nimmo, he was a mechanic with Harsco, was an avid NASCAR fan and was of the Baptist faith. Randy loved spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He enjoyed driving in demolition derbys and fishing for catfish on the river.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Shirley Meacham Nimmo;

His children, Renee Johns of Marion and Heather Nimmo of Jackson, Tenn.;

His grandchildren, Morgan Dillon and Abigail Parker;

A brother, Newton Nimmo of Marion;

A sister, Teresa Pate and husband, Buford, of Mammoth Springs; and

A brother-in-law, Monty Meacham of Blytheville.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from noon until service time. An online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com
