Frances Fern Elrod

Mrs. Frances Fern Elrod, 70, of Osceola died Saturday, May 19, 2012, in Manila. Born Oct. 14, 1941, to the late George and Lorraine Osburn, she was a homemaker of the Pentecostal faith.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A.Z. Elrod; and one brother, Delbert Osburn.

Mrs. Elrod leaves three daughters, Melissa Bradford of Etowah, Jeah Groom of Leachville and Kimberly Bruce of Lakeland, Tenn.;

Two sons, Samuel Daniel Jr. of Manila and A.Z. Elrod of Etowah;

One sister, Patsy Hollings of Lepanto;

Three brothers, Bobby Osburn of Trumann, George Osburn of Paragould, and William Osburn of West Ridge; and

Seventeen grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola with Robert White officiating. Burial will follow at Potter Cemetery in Lepanto. The family received visitors Monday at Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola.
