Candice Lee Hopper, 65, of Osceola died Wednesday, April 11, 2012, in Blytheville.

Born Jan. 10, 1947, in Osceola to the late J.C. and Nora Bussey, she was a member of First United Methodist Church in Osceola. She worked as a secretary for Dr. James Hudson and Dr. Stephen Pirtle for many years.

She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandchild, Mackenzie Kelley.

She is survived by her husband, Rex Hopper of Osceola;

Four children, Laura (and Howard) Kelley of Gosnell, Lana (and Craig) Stovall of Brannon, Miss., Jason Hopper and Wesley Hopper (and Pam) of Blytheville;

Seven grandchildren, Drew Kelley, Logan, Madelyn and Morgan Stovall, Reed and Cadey Hopper and Robert Hopper; and

Two brothers, Larry Bussey of West Memphis and Thomas Bussey of Bartonville, Ill.

Visitation was be held Saturday at First United Methodist Church in Osceola followed by the funeral service. Burial was in Mississippi County Memorial Gardens with Bro. Tony Hill officiating. An online guestbook is available at www.rollerfuneral homes.com
