Shemike McChristian

Shemike McChristian, 36, of Blytheville, died Tuesday, Feb. 21, 2012, at Baptist Hospital-East in Memphis.

She was born in Blytheville and attended Blytheville schools. She was a member of Mt. Moriah Church.

Her grandparents, Alberta and Charles McChristian, and her uncle and aunt, Charles and Brenda, preceded her in death.

She leaves her mother and step-father, Mrs. Patricia Holmes and Albert Holmes of Blytheville;

Two daughters, Ms. Laura McChristian and Ms. Patriece McChristian;

Four sons, Charles McChristian III, Amani McChristian, Royal McChristian and Ahrsumn'e McChristian, all of Blytheville;

Two sisters, Ms. Tawanna McChristian and Mrs. Daydrian (and Otis J.) Cullins, all of Blytheville;

Two grandchildren; and

Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Funeral services will be held at noon Saturday at Mt. Moriah Church, 920 S. Lake Street in Blytheville, Bishop Theodis Rucker, pastor, with arrangements by McDonald-Horne Funeral Home of Blytheville. Burial will follow at Gethsemane Gardens Cemetery.
