Delois Mabel Copeland

Mrs. Delois Mabel Copeland, 75, of Osceola, died of heart failure Tuesday, Feb. 14, 2012. Born Oct. 1, 1936, in Etowah, she was a former employee of American Greetings and a member of Carrolls Corner Church of the Lord Jesus Christ in Etowah.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents; a son, Bobby Copeland; two sisters, Christine Harris and Minnie Lou Dunlap; and a brother, Larry Langston.

Mrs. Copeland leaves her husband, Bobby Copeland;

Two daughters, Kathy Stewart of Caraway and Debbie Douglas of Osceola;

Three sons, Tommy Copeland of Osceola, and Keith Copeland and Kenny Copeland of Paragould;

Two sisters, Patricia Yarbrough and Phyllis Herron of Heber Springs;

Three brothers, Roy Langston of Tupelo and Shelby Langston and Eugene Langston of Heber Springs; and

Twelve grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

The family will receive visitors this evening at the Carrolls Corner Church of the Lord Jesus Christ Carrolls Corner in Etowah. Funeral services, officiated by Bro. Alvin Wilbanks, will take place at the church at 11 a.m. Friday. Burial will follow at Garden Point Cemetery in Etowah.
