Mrs. Juanice LaRue Shinault, 68, of Blytheville, passed from this life Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at her home.

Born in the Calumet area of Blytheville to Herman and Pearl Leona Vernon LaRue, she was of the Pentecostal faith and was a retired factory worker and owner of Poor Boys Café. Juanice enjoyed cooking, arts and crafts and loved spending time with her family.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Shinault.

She leaves by her daughter, Lisa Marks of Blytheville;

A brother, James LaRue of Milford, N.H.;

Two sisters, Vernestine Godsey and Shirley Jean Adair, both of Gosnell; and

Three granddaughters and five great-grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Mitchell King Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 3-5 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. An online register may be signed at cobbfuneralhome.com
