Mary Ethel Roberson

Mrs. Mary Ethel Roberson, 75, of Manila, died Sunday, Jan. 15, 2012, at Arkansas Medical Center in Paragould. Born in Manila to the late James Nolen and Emily Smith Bollinger, she was a 1954 graduate of Manila High School and a proofreader in the textbook publication industry.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Bill Roberson.

Mrs. Roberson leaves one son, Philip Foley and his wife, Debbie, of Florissant, Mo.;

One daughter, Regina McBride and her husband, Keith, of St. Ann, Mo.; and

Three grandchildren, Kevin McBride, Colleen Thornburgh and her husband, Travis, and Brian Foley.

A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Howard Funeral Chapel in Manila. The family will receive visitors from 10:30 a.m. until the service begins.
