Shannon Pender

Mr. Shannon Pender, 46, of Paragould and formerly of Manila, died of heart failure Saturday, Nov. 5, 2011, at the Paragould Hospital. Born March 14, 1965, in Blytheville, he was a welder and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Billy Joe Pender and Barbara Ann Pender; his sister Rena Brents; and a brother Scott Pender.

Mr. Pender leaves one daughter, Brittany Pender of Manila;

Three sisters, Valerie Spuillante of Orlando, Fla., Pamela Janell Melding of Jackson, and Tanda Washbuck of Mayflower; and

One brother, Martin Pender of Cape Girardeau, Mo.

Visitation was held Monday, Nov. 6. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. today at the Wilson Funeral Home in Osceola. Burial followed at Dogwood Cemetery.
