Kenneth Gerald Baugh

Mr. Kenneth Gerald Baugh, 77, of Leachville, died Sunday, Oct. 9, 2011, at the Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. Born in Malden, Mo., he was the son of the late Roy Lee Baugh and Clara Esta Lee Sanders.

Mr. Baugh was raised in Leachville and was a 1955 graduate of Leachville High School. He served his country in the U.S. Marine Corps and was a retired Lieutenant with the Missouri Department of Corrections in Potosi, with more than 25 years of service. He moved back to Leachville in 1996 and was a member of the Second Baptist Church.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Bobby Baugh and Jackey Baugh.

He leaves one brother, Gary Baugh of Leachville; and

Two sisters, Patsy Rucker of Leachville and Sylvia Ross of St. Clair.

The family will receive visitors from 5:30-8 p.m. today at the Howard Funeral Service. Funeral services, officiated by the Rev. Lee Davis, will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home chapel. Guests may sign the online guest register at www.howardfuneralservice.com
