Jeffrey Lynn Halbrook

Mr. Jeffrey Lynn Halbrook, 60, died Saturday, Sept. 3, 2011, in Creve Coeur, Mo. He was born in Bonne Terre, Mo., Dec. 28, 1950.

He was preceded in death by his father, Leeman Clifford Halbrook of Farmington, Mo., "Little Guy" Halbrook, Carter and Nicholas Finley, and Ben Creswick.

Mr. Halbrook leaves his wife, Cynthia Creswick Halbrook of St. Louis;

His mother, Mary Ellen Halbrook of Farmington;

His children, Angela Michelle (and Larry) Finley of Blytheville, Laura Anne Halbrook of Atlanta, Julie Elizabeth (and Rusty Jr.) Ashby of Southaven, Miss., Addie Lynn Halbrook of St. Louis, and Brie Anne (and Jeremy) Nelson of Collinsville, Ill.;

His grandchildren, Lane and Katelyn Finley, Jackson and Tanner Ashby and Mackenzie Nelson;

His brother, Larry (and Kathy) Halbrook Sr.;

Two sisters, Nancy Halbrook and Jo Ann (Patrick) Mihlfeld;

His loving pet, Major, a.k.a. "Crazy Dog"; and

Nephews, nieces, in-laws, cousins, and friends.

A memorial service celebrating Lynn's life will be held at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, at Parkway Baptist Church, 12465 Olive Blvd. Creve Coeur, Mo. 63141. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Parkway Baptist Church of the NRA.
