Larry William Roach, 59, of Trumann, formerly of Lepanto, died of natural causes on Monday, July 25, 2011, at his residence. Born august 28, 1951, in Caraway, Ark., he was the son of the late Elizabeth Rose Roach and had been a longtime Lepanto resident before making his home in Trumann 15 years ago. He had worked for wood ford Sales in Trumann and Malone Oil Company n Marked Tree before his retirement and attended Red Oak Baptist church near Marked Tree.

In addition to his mother he was preceded in death by a brother, David Roach.

He is survived by his loving companion, Shirley Ann Ford of Trumann, Ark.; two sons, Larry Roach, Jr., and Matthew Roach, both of Iuka, Miss.; a daughter, Linda Cook of Trumann; his father, Willie Howard Roach of Lepanto; three brothers, Junior Roach of Illinois, Edward Roach and Jimmy Roach, both of Lepanto; four sisters, Donna Manis of Tyronza, Ark., Linda Lawler of Calhoon, Miss., Mary Sheppard of Lepanto, Ark., Suzie Bowles of Paragould, Ark. He also leaves six grandchildren.

The funeral services was held 1 p.m. Wednesday in the Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with Rev. Larry Deaton officiating. Burial was in the Caraway Cemetery in Caraway. The family received visitors Tuesday from 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
