Mr. Larry William Roach, 59, of Trumann, formerly of Lepanto, died Monday, July 25, 2011, at his residence of natural causes. Born Aug. 28, 1951, in Caraway, he was the son of the late Elizabeth Rose Roach and was a longtime Lepanto resident before making his home in Trumann 15 years ago. He worked for Wood Ford Sales in Trumann and Malone Oil Company in Marked Tree before his retirement and attended Red Oak Baptist Church near Marked Tree.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by one brother, David Roach.

He leaves his loving companion, Shirley Ann Ford of Trumann;

His father, William Howard Roach of Lepanto;

Two sons, Larry Roach Jr. and Matthew Roach, both of Iuka, Miss.;

One daughter, Linda Cook of Trumann;

Three brothers, Junior Roach of Illinois, and Edward Roach and Jimmy Roach, both of Lepanto;

Four sisters, Donna Manis of Tryonza, Linda Lawler of Calhoon, Miss., Mary Shepard of Lepanto and Suzie Bowles of Paragould; and

Six grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Howard Funeral Chapel in Leachville with the Rev. Larry Deaton officiating. Burial will follow in the Caraway Cemetery.
