Mary Katherine Horton Nations

Mrs. Mary Katherine Horton Nations, 69, of Hot Springs Village, died Tuesday, May 31, 2011.

She was preceded in death by parents E. C. and Gertrude Horton of Pine Bluff and two siblings. Before retiring, she worked as Director of Food and Nutritional Services for Baptist Memorial Hospital-Blytheville for 40 years. An active member at Barcelona Road Baptist Church in HSV, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, and friend.

She leaves her husband of 46 years, Rodney Nations;

A daughter Becky Nations of Redfield;

A brother, Ray (and Betty) Horton of Russellville;

And two sisters, Kay Brewer of Hensley and Peggy (and Paul) Davis of Wyoming.

A memorial service will be held at Caruth Village Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m. Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to West Cancer Clinic-Humphreys, Memphis, TN, or Genesis Cancer Center, Hot Springs, AR.
