Mr. Jason Todd Goff, 42, of Byhalia, Miss., passed away Monday, May 30, 2011, at The Regional Medical Center in Memphis.

He was born in Blytheville to Johnnie Ellen Clark Goff and Larry Preston Goff. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Preston Goff of Blytheville and Nola and John Clark of Luxora; an aunt, Dixie Gardner; and a cousin, Steven Bennett.

Mr .Goff was a member New Liberty Baptist Church, a graduate of Blytheville High School and Ole Miss with a degree in Medical Technology, and an avid fan of the "Rebels." He was employed as a Laboratory Manager of the Family Cancer Center in Memphis. As an organ donor, the gift of life for others will be a lasting legacy for this unselfish young man.

In addition to his parents, he leaves the mother of his children, Tammy Goff, of Moscow, Tenn.;

A son, Cameron Goff;

A daughter Hannah Goff of Moscow;

A brother, Bryan Justin Goff of Hot Springs;

His grandmother, Eva Ruth Goff of Blytheville;

Aunts and uncles, Doris and Homer Smith. Elaine and Ronny Goff, and Pam and Jimmy Maxwell, all of Blytheville, Lyvetta and Charles Bennett of Osceola, and Billy Gardner of Meridian, Miss.;

His cousins, Lori Hixson and Leslie Wells of Blytheville, Grant Maxwell of Paragould, Chad Maxwell, Dale Smith and Van Smith of Memphis, Scott Gardner of Brandon Miss., and Lee Gardner of Nashville, Tenn.

Funeral services will be held at Carney Funeral Home at 4 p.m. Friday Visitation will be held from 2-4 p.m. preceding the service. Dr. Tommy Carney and the Rev. Greg Bowers will officiate. Burial will be in Carney Cemetery.

The family requests memorials be given to the American Cancer Society.
